I think this is the third (maybe fourth?) time I've drawn pictures from this book for you this year; but I've read it to you many, many times. You still love the book and I love reading it to you. Your giggles are worth a thousand words (actually, more).

I Think I'll Move to Australia
The days are getting longer and the end of the school year is near. I know I've said that before, but today I printed out May's lunch menu and the last day of the menu said "Goodbye, see you next year!" and it hit me all over again. You are almost finished with your first year of public school.
There are people who think Kindergarten is a glorified, government funded daycare; that there is no value to it whatsoever. To those people, I say PSHAW! They haven't watched you grow this year. They have no idea.

Big Chickens II
You had to take another sick day yesterday, so I recycled the picture. The book it comes from makes you laugh exuberantly every time.
It's official, I'm chaperoning your field trip this week and I'm really not sure what all it entails other than watching out for a few kids that aren't you.

Big Chicken
Of all the books I've bought you, with the bells and whistles and expensive price tags (I'm talking to YOU, hardbound Harry Potter), never has a book captured your attention like this free Scholastic book you got from school. It is hilarious and we have great fun reading it together.
